Governor Mike Braun is directing all flags to be flown at half-staff in Vermillion County on Friday, May 23, in honor of Clinton Mayor Jack Gilfoy Jr., 75, who passed away May 17.
Flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset in Vermillion County on Friday.
Governor Braun is asking businesses and residents located in Vermillion County to lower their flags as well.
