On March 3rd, around 10:20, Deputy Matt Geiger with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department stopped a white Dodge Durango for speeding in the area of U.S. 30 and Iris Road.
The driver, Fidencio Diaz Jr., 33, of Ft. Wayne had a suspended driver's license with a prior conviction.
Mr. Diaz was arrested for driving while suspended prior and
transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was given a court date and a cash bond of $500. In less than an hour he bonded out.
