An early morning crash onU.S. 6 Friday, September 12th, sent three people to the hospital.
At approximately 7:52 a.m., the Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call about a two-vehicle collision with injuries on U.S. Highway 6, east of Dogwood Road.
When County Officers began their investigation, it was learned that Joseph Yates, 68, of Louisiana, was driving an eastbound in a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. He crossed the centerline and struck a westbound 2022 Ford Bronco being driven by Leah Dumph, 32, of Nappanee.
Inside the Bronco was a juvenile who was also injured in the collision. All three parties involved were transported to the hospital to receive further treatment for their injuries.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department was assisted on the scene by Bremen Police, Fire, and EMS, Bourbon EMS, Indiana State Police, and Newcomer's Towing Services.
