Deputy Blake with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Noblesville man on July 17th for driving without ever obtaining a license.
At approximately 9:30 PM Wednesday, the K-9 Deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of U.S. 30 and U.S. 31.
The driver was identified as 45-year-old Jose Roberto Gonzalez-Esparza. He was found to be operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license with a prior conviction and with an Indiana Identification with a status of suspended with a prior conviction.
Gonzalez-Esparza was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked for operating a vehicle without ever obtaining a license with a prior conviction and driving while suspended with a prior conviction. He was held on a $500 cash bond.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department was assisted by the Indiana State Police.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
