The Marshall County Commissioners will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 3rd, in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The agenda begins with public input on agenda items before transitioning to Superintendent Jason Peters’ presentation of the County Highway Department report. A Northern Indiana Workforce Board representative will discuss the agreement among elected officials in Economic Growth Region 2.
The Marshall County Council on Aging will bring a pass-through agreement for the contractual relationship with the county. The county treasurer will ask for the second and possibly third reading of an ordinance establishing a fee to cover costs for mobile home permits. The County Health Department will ask the commissioners to approve an agreement with the Indiana Diaper Bank.
Also on the commissioner’s agenda are the county attorney report, auditor’s report, another opportunity for public comment, and Commissioner Items. The Commissioner Items include the purchase of the Bowen Building and the contract renewal with HyperWave for VoIP and IT services.
