Friday morning, February 7th, at approximately 2:00 a.m., 71-year-old Fredrick Kramp, who lives at the Red Rock Inn in Plymouth, was taken into custody by Plymouth Police for an outstanding felony at 1915 West Lake Avenue, Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.
Kramp was arrested on two felony failure-to-appear warrants and transported to the Marshall County Jail without incident.
