A speeding vehicle was stopped early Saturday morning by a Plymouth Police Officer and the driver was arrested.
At 12:15 a.m. the city officer observed the vehicle traveling west on U.S. 30 at 73 MPH in a 50 MPH zone and a traffic stop was conducted at U.S. 30 and Redwood Road.
During the traffic stop, the driver was identified as Enrique Malave-Capitillo, 26 from Chicago. During the traffic stop, it was determined that Malave-Capitillo had never been issued a driver's license. He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail for a misdemeanor charge of operator never licensed.
A short time later Saturday morning October 12, at approximately 5 am, a Plymouth Police Officer conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation on Walnut Street, north of Jefferson Street. The driver was identified as Jose E. Avilez-Siles, 33 years old from Plymouth. Avilez-Siles was also found to have never been issued a driver's license. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for a misdemeanor charge of operator never licensed.
