Officer Fase with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Speedway Gas Station at 5:47 Thursday morning for the report of a male subject who appeared to be intoxicated and was causing a scene.
The officer began an investigation, and afterwards took John Albano, 58 of Plymouth, into custody.
Albano was found to have a blood alcohol content of .280. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on charges of public intoxication and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
