Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the Berkley Street Trailer Park on Wednesday, October 30th at 3:10 p.m. for a male who had been trespassed from lot 311.
The caller told police the male who had been trespassed from th7 700 Berkley Street address and would not leave.
Officer Chris Miller located 26-year-old Blake Alan Brown who lives in Jackson Heights and conducted a brief investigation. Following the investigation Brown was placed under arrest and taken to Marshall County Jail and booked in for domestic battery and criminal trespass and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
