Officer Fisher with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on U.S. 30 west of Pioneer Drive Wednesday afternoon, May 7th, because the registered owner returned as suspended with a prior.
The officer got a BMV photo, noticed the registered owner was driving, and conducted a traffic stop. The driver was identified as Victoria Kelsey, 31, of Rose Road in Plymouth.
She was taken into custody for driving while suspended with a prior, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked in. About 3 hours later, she was released on a cash bond.
