The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will consider the 2025 annual Animal Control Services Agreement with the Marshall County Humane Society during their meeting on Monday evening.
Members will also be updated on the US 30 ProPEL Proposed Improvement Alternatives by a representative of the study team. The agenda also includes reports by various city department heads.
The Common Council will hold a public hearing for an additional appropriations resolution and consider on second and third reading, an ordinance amending the 2025 Salary Ordinance. Also on the agenda is the 2025 Agreement for Transportation Services, the first reading of an ordinance to amend the fees regarding the city-owned electric vehicle charging stations, the ordinance to allow commercial activity on sidewalks, and an ordinance regarding the permit and application fees for the City of Plymouth.
Under Other Business is an intergovernmental agreement between the City of Plymouth and Marshal County for planning services. There is a proposal from Veridus Group for public safety projects, an update on ONE Marshall County, and also the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
