Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle being driven by Carranza for a traffic infraction at Fifth and Monroe Street on Tuesday, September 30th at 7:30 in the morning.
Brayan Josue Ramirez Carranza, 23, of Chicago, was found to have never obtained a driver's license.
He was booked into the Marshall County Jail, given a court date of November 11, and a cash bond of $100.
