Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle near Western Avenue and Markley Drive at about 1:15 a.m. Wednesday.

Herrera was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail. He was held on a $500 cash bond.
