The ability to manage oneself and the courage to face adversity are desirable traits that shape our lives, how we collaborate in our teams, and how we apply our craft in our organizations. Being brave is not only about the rare and monumental acts you hear about on the radio, read about in the newspaper, or see in the news, on TV, or online. It is about the daily challenges and tough decisions we face.
We can become Courage Keepers, leaders who act bravely when called upon and have the tools to inspire those we lead to take bold action by helping them build their courage muscles.
Join John Yeager at The REES in Plymouth on February 6th from 8 AM to 4 PM and on Friday, February 7 from 9 AM to Noon as he brings “Be the Courage Keeper™” you always wanted to be – a leader who makes courageous decisions while providing meaningful strategies to model, mentor, and motivate others so they can draw upon their skills and develop their unique courage muscles to be even better decision-makers and team players.
As an attendee, you will:
- Learn to foster a culture of leading with courage and innovation by learning how to inspire and motivate individuals and teams, build resilience, and create a thriving workplace culture.
- Be equipped with the skills to create a ripple effect of positive change.
- Be trained in using practical tools and strategies to train others to overcome fear and make bold decisions.
