An officer with the Plymouth Police Department observed a speeding vehicle on Hoham Drive at about 4:15 Sunday afternoon.
Officer Fisher conducted a traffic stop on Oak Drive south of Hoham Drive on a vehicle driving 51 mph in a 35-mph zone. The driver was identified as Sindy Antunez, 35, from Bremen.
During the traffic stop, it was determined that Antunez had never had a driver's license. She was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail, and booked for operating without a license.
