Logansport Police report that a 12-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound Tuesday morning.
The incident happened about 2:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of East Broadway. Police report the wound was to the head area. The juvenile was transported by medical Helicopter to a trauma center.
The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation. No other information has been released.
Cass County EMS, Logansport Fire and Parkview Medical assisted at the scene.
