Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on Muckshaw Road, just South of Oakhill, Saturday night at about 11:45.
The vehicle failed to yield to oncoming traffic during a turn and was unable to maintain its lane.
The driver of the vehicle, Allyanna L. Howard, 21, of 12B Road in Bourbon, was found to be operating the vehicle while intoxicated.
Howard became disorderly during the investigation and, at one time, began to resist law enforcement. She was booked into the Marshall County Jail for initial charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement.
Allyanna Howard was held on a cash bond but released 48 hours later with No Judicial Review.
