Jail Bookings
The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Ashleigh D. Graves, 43, Kokomo, was taken into custody Wednesday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. She was held on a $150 cash bond.

• John M. Schwartz Jr., 53, Macy, was arrested Wednesday on a preliminary charge of driving as a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by city police at Indiana Farm Bureau, 230 E. Ninth St., and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

Thefts
• At 9:05 a.m. Wednesday, a man reported that someone stole a headlight from his vehicle as he was sleeping in it at Pilot, 389 Rochester Crossing Drive. He reportedly arrived at 4:30 a.m. and woke up around 7 a.m. to find the passenger-side headlight missing.
• At 5:34 p.m. Wednesday, a man reported that someone used his EBT card without permission to make $100 worth of purchases at Kroger, 2040 Peace Tree Village. The suspect was known to the man and would later return the card, with no charges pursued at his request.
Traffic control
• At 10:49 a.m. Wednesday, police received a request to provide traffic control as lines were run across the 1400 block of Main Street for the replacement of a utility pole.
Citizen assist
• At 5:04 p.m. Wednesday, a parent reported that two local smoke shops have been selling vapes to their 16-year-old daughter. Information was to be forwarded to the Indiana State Excise Police.
