Jail Bookings
The following person was recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Lekenn G. Bartley, 36, Detroit, Mich., was arrested Thursday on preliminary charges of possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated causing endangerment. He was taken into custody by state police on U.S. 31 near County Road 375 North and later released on his own recognizance.

Police Incidents
Cited
• At 8:42 a.m. Thursday, a sheriff's deputy cited a resident of Athens with passing a school bus with its stop arm extended.
• At 12:44 p.m. Thursday, an animal control officer cited a Macy woman after her dog reportedly killed a neighbor's cat while running loose. Police records indicate that she made no effort to retrieve the dog after it took off.
Wrecks
• Shortly before noon Thursday, police received a report of a wreck at 2870 N. Old U.S. 31. It was subsequently handled by state police.
• At 5:22 a.m. Friday, Cody Mcdonald, 32, of Akron, reported that he rear-ended another vehicle at State Road 114 and County Road 1275 East, Akron. The other driver reportedly left the scene when Mcdonald said he was going to call police.
Auto theft
At 2:23 p.m. Thursday, a Chicago woman reported that her vehicle was stolen overnight and GPS showed that it was sitting stationary in the middle of a field at State Road 110 and County Road 900 West, Culver. An officer checked the area, but was unable to lcoate the vehicle.
Overdose
• At 4:08 a.m. Friday, a woman reported that her daughter was taken to Woodlawn Hospital after reportedly overdosing. Dispatch was able to connect her with Woodlawn's ER, as she was traveling from two hours away.
