On the morning of January 1st, at 4:37, Plymouth Police was dispatched to the Skylane Apartments for the report of a physical domestic altercation.
During the investigation, it was determined that Allyanna Howard, 20 of Plymouth, was the aggressor in the incident. Howard was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for domestic battery in the presence of a child and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
