A Plymouth woman was arrested following a property damage accident at the Moose Lodge at 1225 West Jefferson Street.
Plymouth Police were dispatched at 8 p.m. on Thursday, September 5th to investigate the accident.
During the investigation, one of the drivers was identified as Anastacia Moreno, 76, of Plymouth. Officer Fisher determined that Moreno had never had a driver's license. She was arrested, transported to Marshall County Jail, and booked in for operator never licensed.
