Local seniors aged 55 and better are invited to enjoy a festive meal this holiday season, as the 23rd Annual Senior Holiday Meal returns this Friday, December 5th. This year's event will feature a convenient drive-through or pick-up service at the Plymouth Medical Center, ensuring a safe and accessible experience for all participants.

The pre-packaged, ready-to-heat meals will be distributed at the Plymouth Medical Center, located at 1915 Lake Avenue, on Friday, December 5th. To receive a meal, attendees must present a free ticket at the pick-up point.

Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last, at the Marshall County Council on Aging, located at 1305 West Harrison Street in Plymouth. Seniors are encouraged to pick up their tickets by Wednesday, December 4th, to ensure they don't miss out on this beloved holiday tradition.

"We are thrilled to continue this cherished tradition for our seniors, especially during the holidays," said Janis Holiday, Executive Director of the Marshall County Council on Aging. "Thanks to the incredible support of our partners, we can provide a warm, ready-to-heat meal that brings a bit of holiday cheer directly to their homes. We encourage all eligible seniors to get their tickets early!"

The 23rd Annual Senior Holiday Meal is proudly presented by a collaborative effort including Cultivate Food Rescue, Alick’s Home Medical, Marshall County Council on Aging, and Saint Joseph Health System.
