Britney Ingle will not face charges for striking Alyssa Shepherd in a Fulton County court.
Shepherd was sentenced on December 18 for the incident involving the deaths of Alivia Stahl, 9, and her twin 6-year-old brothers Mason and Xzavier Ingle. Ingle then rushed at Shepherd and struck her in the head.
The Miami County Prosecutors Office was called in as a special prosecutor on the case and has confirmed that charges are not expected to be filed.
