Senior Mylez Clark and junior Joao Rivera were named to the Hoosier Heritage Conference’s All-Conference Boys Soccer Team.
Rivera, with a team-high nine goals this season, and Clark were part of a Shelbyville squad that finished 6-11 overall and 2-5 in the program’s final season in the HHC. The Golden Bears will compete in the Hoosier Legends Conference in 2026.
Also selected All-HHC were Mt. Vernon’s Charlie Cole, Ethan Ludlow, Brady Webber, Ryker Wolfgang and Ryan Kroemer; New Palestine’s Cole Christopher, Paxton Holmes and Noah Diaz de Leon; Greenfield-Central’s Cale Caldwell and Camden Yost; Pendleton Heights’ Jackson Chamberlin, Dylan John, Ian Landaverde, Damian Ruiz Pozos, Aiden Boys and Jordan Wilson; Delta’s Cooper Pierce, Maddox Huffman, Elijah Bell and Senad Selimovic; New Castle’s Evan Millikan; and Yorktown’s Gavin Cross.
Pendleton Heights (10-6-1) captured the conference championship with a perfect 7-0 record against HHC foes. Mt. Vernon (12-5, 6-1 HHC) was runner-up ahead of Delta (15-3, 5-2), Greenfield-Central (5-10-1, 3-4), New Palestine (9-8, 3-4), Shelbyville, New Castle (6-13-1, 1-6) and Yorktown (3-14-1, 1-6).
Pendleton Heights’ Kyle Davy was named Coach of the Year.
