Tri-West was crowned the inaugural Hoosier Legends Conference Baseball champion and a pair of Bruins headline the 12-member All-HLC squad.
Luke Hensley and Zack Baute propelled the Bruins to a 9-1 record in the HLC standings and were honored for their performances.
Triton Central’s Brayden Hoover and Ty Bergman also were selected All-HLC in the conference’s first season.
Also named All-Conference were Indian Creek’s Colt DeHart, Nick Winters and Grayson Taylor, Beech Grove’s Guerin Boshears, Bishop Moore and Isaac Richardson, Speedway’s Lucas DeVault and Monrovia’s Brendon Stwalley.
Following Tri-West (13-11 overall) in the HLC standings were Indian Creek (10-10, 7-3), Beech Grove (11-12-1, 5-5), Triton Central (8-16, 4-6), Speedway (7-16, 3-7) and Monrovia (7-15, 2-8).
