Triton Central sophomore Ashlyn Hittle was selected to the inaugural Hoosier Legends Conference All-Conference Softball Team.
Hittle leads the Tigers in batting average (.581), doubles (10), home runs (14) and RBIs (37) this season.
Also named All-HLC were Indian Creek’s Delaney Jones, Ma’Ryah Caul and Jada Shepard, Beech Grove’s Harper Moore and Addison Corn, Tri-West’s Natalie Tharp, Sophie White and Emma Charles, Monrovia’s Camryn Wolfe and Avery Wolfe, and Speedway’s Katie Taylor.
Tri-West (19-10 overall) and Indian Creek (21-7) shared the first-ever HLC title with an 8-2 record.
Triton Central (14-7) finished third at 6-4, ahead of Monrovia (14-14, 5-5), Beech Grove (9-20, 2-8) and Speedway (5-19, 1-9).
