Three Rockie wrestlers honored by NLC

Three Rockie wrestlers honored by NLC GOSHEN - The Northern Lakes Conference recently released their All-Conference and Honorable Mention squad for the 2018-2019 season. Three Rockie Wrestlers were named to the squad. Making the All-Conference team were Graham Calhoun (170 lbs) and Diego Garcia (220 lbs). Dominic Smith (126 lbs) was named to the Honorable Mention team. As a team, the Rockies finished in a 5th place tie during the round robin portion of the schedule. The conference meet scheduled for The Rock was “weathered out” and not rescheduled. The Rockies finished at 2-5 in the NLC. Northridge won the conference going 7-0. Since the Rockies were not able to host the 2019 conference meet because of weather, the NLC decided the Rockies will get the opportunity to host the meet in 2020.
