Two games, two different results this week for the Plymouth Lady Pilgrims basketball team.
Fortunately, after a Thursday night win over Triton the trend is in a positive direction for Micaela Schalliol's team.
Plymouth led by nine after one quarter of play and opened up the lead to 14 by halftime on the way to the season's third win, 53-39.
Following Tuesday's loss to a good Bremen team that included lack of intensity and ball movement Coach Schalliol was much happier with her team's passing against the Trojans zone defense and how it led to a 24-for-49 (49%) shooting performance from the field.

Lena Jones led a balanced Plymouth attack with 12 points. Rylee Mann reached double figures with 11 while Mady Sullivan scored nine on three 3-point field goals. Alana Allen added eight points.
Triton (1-3) was led by the team's leading scorer Addyson Viers who finished with a game-high 18 points. Triton struggled from the field with 26 percent shooting and 19 turnovers.
Plymouth (3-2) travels to Chesterton Saturday. Chesterton will be on the second game of a back-to-back after hosting South Central (Union Mills) Friday.
