The Lawrenceville Lady softball Indians are back in the victory column.
They traveled to Washington (Ind.) Tuesday and won 10-1 over the Lady Hatchets.
The Lady Indians scored 10 runs on 10 hits with 1 error while Washington scored 1 run on 4 hits with 2 errors.
Makenna Hill had 2 hits and 2 RBI and Allyssa Griggs added 2 hits to propel the offense.
Annalise Green picked up the pitching win with 5 innings of work, allowing 1 run on 4 hits with 1 walk and 2 strikeouts.
The squad is now 5-12 on the season and will be back home at Phil Alsman Field Wednesday hosting Newton in Little Illini Conference (LIC) play. It will also be "Senior Day".
