The Lawrenceville Lady softball Indians scored in the very first inning and took advantage of 8 errors to beat the Grayville Lady Bison 5-1 Thursday at Phil Alsman Field in Lawrenceville.
They scored their 5 runs on 7 hits and made no errors while holding the Lady Bison to only 1 run on 2 hits.
The victory improves Lawrenceville to 1-1 on the young season. They will travel to Carmi-White County to meet the Lady Bulldogs Monday.
