IUSB baseball prospect camp SOUTH BEND – The Indiana University South Bend baseball program will host its Prospect Camp on Sunday, Sept. 22 at Rex Weade Stadium at Harris Township Junior Baseball Association head coach Doug Buysse announced on Monday. Campers will have the opportunity to work alongside current baseball staff. The camp is for serious high school players from grades 9-12 with check in scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Athletes will have the chance to improve their skills on base-running, hitting, pitching, defense and strength and conditioning as the camp will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Campers are required to bring: baseball pants, hat, glove, helmet, catchers gear, cleats, turf shoes, bat, batting gloves and lunch.
