The Lawrenceville Baseball Indians dropped a road contest Monday losing to the Edwards County Lions at Albion 8-1. The Indians were held to 1 run on 5 hits and made 2 errors while the host Lions scored 8 runs on 9 hits and also committed 2 errors. The Lions took control after scoring 4 runs in the bottom of the 2nd inning and led the rest of the way. The Indians scored their lone tally in the top of the 3rd. With the loss, the Indians are now 3-2-1 and are scheduled to be at home Tuesday for a date with the Cumberland Pirates at Unit 20 Ballpark.
