Bremen opens season MISHAWAKA — Bremen’s cross country squads took on the rest of the conference in the season opening meet and then ran at the Fairfield invitational. Rachel Hall finished 13th overall for the girls at the Stomp and then sixth at Fairfield. Lextin Willis was 15th for the boys at the NIC with a personal best time. Aaron Young led the boys at Fairfield with a personal best time and a fifth place finish. Penn had 35 points to win the NIC girls race and 45 in taking the boys race. NorthWood took the win at Fairfield in the girls and boys races.
