Tony Allen Morgan, age 61 of Bridgeport, passed away at his home on Friday, July 10,2026.
Tony Allen Morgan, age 61 of Bridgeport, passed away at his home on Friday, July 10,2026. He was born in Olney to Donald Gene Morgan and his wife Betty (Powers) Morgan Winters.
His family and being outside were his favorite things life had to offer. He savored every moment he could with his family. Tony took pride in his gardening, was a hard worker, and enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. He was always up for a good time and knew how to party. He took pride in his 87 tattoos and had a goal of getting 100. Tony worked for many years in turkey barns, Bridgeport Grain, and always enjoyed junking and scrapping.
Those remaining to honor and remember Tony include: two children- Corey Morgan of Parkersburg and April McCord and husband Gavin of Lawrenceville; two grandchildren- Xavier Morgan and Axel McCord; one sister- Tammy Scott and husband Brad of St. Francisville; one half-brother- Donald “Donny” Winters; one half-sister- Angie Tougaw and husband Tom of Mt. Carmel; “His Little Village”; his two dogs- Diva and Boots.
He was preceded in death by his parents and dog, Snoop.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at the Cunningham Funeral Home in Bridgeport. As per Tony’s wishes, cremation will follow.
