Sandra Boucher, 63, of Shelbyville, passed away Wednesday, October 28th, 2026, at her residence with her husband by her side.
She was born August 25th, 1962 in Shelbyville, Indiana to Cordell and Kay Frances Edmonds.
Sandra graduated from Shelbyville High School with the class of 1983.
She worked in production at plastic molding for a number of years. She also worked at TRW Cinch and briefly worked at Old Hickory.
She was a dedicated member of Waldron Church of the Risen Christ and volunteered often at their food pantry. Sandra found joy in helping people within her community. She also loved to grow her own food in her garden, especially her tomato plants. Outside of her devotion to Christ and her garden, she also enjoyed collecting toy dolls.
Sandra married David Boucher on March 26th, 1994 and he survives. They cherished 32 years of loving marriage together.
She is also survived by her sister, Vickie Ferguson (husband, Jim); brothers, Kent Edmonds (wife, Rosanna) and Tim Edmonds (wife, Nicole); she is also survived by her niece, Anna; and nephews, Christian, Ted, and Brent.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Visitation will be Wednesday November 4, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Murphy-Parks Funeral Service, 703 S. Harrison Street, Shelbyville, IN 46176.
Funeral services will begin at 12 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jerri Cadwallader (pending) officiating.
Burial will follow in Miller Cemetery.
