Kimberly Sue Neeb, 61, of Shelbyville, passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025 at her residence.
Born September 11, 1964 in Jennings County, she was the daughter of Ernest Gerald "Jerry" Killey and Dorothy (Roadcup-Odle) Killey. She married Tony A. Neeb, and although they divorced, they remained good friends.
Survivors include her mother "Dotty" Coers of Shelbyville; 2 children- Tiona Lynn Branson of Bloomington, and Tony B. Neeb (Casandra) of North Vernon; brother Jerry Lee Killey (Cindy) of Shelbyville, sister Tonya Harris (Barry) of Shelby County; special friends John Piercy and daughter Britney Bannon of Manilla, Lori Sandefur of Shelbyville; sister-in-law Natalie Fix of Shelbyville; 8 grandchildren- Shamika, Dajhon, Gabriela, Keh'lani, Laylah, Koda,
Isaiah (whom she was raising), Jayden; and a great grandchild who is on the way; also several nieces and nephews; and her
dog Duke. She was preceded in death by her father, stepfather Robert "Bob" Coers, and her dogs CJ & Daisy.
Ms. Neeb had lived in this area for 40 years, after moving from North Vernon. She had worked at several different jobs,
her last being a caregiver for challenged adults, and had also been a school bus driver in Monroe County for several years.
She graduated from Jennings County High School, and was a member of the Blue Ridge Christian Union Church.
Kimberly was very protective of her family and grandchildren, and was an animal lover. Her passion for Native American themes and cultures was a big part of her life, and her unwavering faith in Jesus carried her through every moment, right up till the end.
A Gathering of Friends will be from 6:00 pm until 7:30 pm on Friday, November 21, 2025 at Glenn E. George & Son Funeral
