
Donald Lee Pruner, 78, of Rockville, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025, at his residence.
He was born February 19, 1947, in Terre Haute, Indiana, to the late Leason E. Pruner and Daisy Maxine Huddelson Pruner.
He was the maintenance supervisor at the Parke County Court House for 18 years.
He is survived by his wife, Glenda Joy Warmouth Pruner whom he married July 2, 2000 ; three daughters, Rhonda Kay (Jason) Price of Farmersburg, Kimberly Sue(Sam) Benton of Dana, and Glenda Kay(Mike) Pettis of Rockville; one son, Jim(Peggy) White of Rockville; one sister, Gladys (Gene) McClain of Rockville; 11 grandchildren;18 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one son, Brian Pruner; three sisters, Loretta Crowder, Catherine Mitchell, and Linda Jones; and one brother, Robert Pruner.
He previously served as Superintendent for the Town of Rockville and was also a former member of the Rockville Fire Department and the Rockville Police Department. Don loved singing karaoke and enjoyed hearing others perform as well. He also enjoyed woodworking and carpentry, creating many projects over the years.
Services will be 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 8 at Gooch Funeral Home, 112 West Howard Street, Rockville, with Pastor Gene Walls officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Garden Cemetery. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
