Zaxby's is celebrating the opening of its newest location in Vincennes.
Located at 1277 S. Hart Street Rd., the new Zaxby's is owned and operated by Manish Malhotra of MHDZ, LLC and is now open for both dine-in and drive-thru service. In celebration of the opening, the new store hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday with Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum and the Knox County Chamber of Commerce.
“We are excited to bring Zaxby's to the very welcoming Vincennes community,” said owner and operator, Manish Malhotra. “We look forward to serving Zaxby's delicious Chicken Fingerz, Zalads, wings, and more in a family friendly environment and fostering growth opportunities in the neighborhood.”
Spanning 3,600 square feet, the new Zaxby's is equipped with 56 seats for dine-in guests, as well as a drive-thru for expedited service. The new location’s Modern Farmhouse design features prominent branding with Zaxby's signature colors, logo, and sauce medallions, as well as a cohesive brand story showcased through vibrant elements and sauce-inspired art. Customers may also order ahead online via zaxbys.com and through the Zaxby's app. The app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
Ordering for delivery is also available directly through the app, as well as through DoorDash, GrubHub, and UberEats.
This is MHDZ, LLC’s first Zaxby's location in the area. The new restaurant is expected to provide up to 40 new employment opportunities.
