U.S. Congressman Rudy Yakym’s (IN-02) staff will hold mobile office hours in Marshall County this week, offering constituents the opportunity to receive assistance with federal casework.
Yakym's staff will be at Argos Town Hall on Thursday, February 5, from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
The mobile office hours are designed for one-on-one conversations with the congressman's team, primarily focused on federal casework assistance. According to the congressman's office, these sessions are not town hall meetings, and disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Federal casework assistance can include help with issues related to Social Security, Medicare, veterans' benefits, immigration matters, IRS problems, and other federal agency concerns.
For those unable to attend the mobile office hours, the Rochester District Office, located at 709 Main Street, is open every Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Constituents seeking assistance can also contact Congressman Yakym's offices directly to schedule appointments or discuss concerns.
The mobile office hours initiative is part of the congressman's ongoing efforts to make his office accessible to residents throughout Indiana's Second Congressional District, which includes Marshall County.
