Wabash General Hospital was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois.
This is the seventh consecutive year of receiving this award.
WGH Director of Human Resources, Megan Prosise, stated, “We’re proud to be recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois. This recognition means so much because it represents who we are— deeply rooted in our community and committed to putting people first. Being selected through a process that considers not only policies and benefits, but also how our team feels about working here, validates the culture we’ve worked so hard to build. We’re intentional about creating an environment where employees feel supported, valued, and proud to be part of something meaningful. This honor is a testament to the people who make our hospital such a special place—for each other, and for the communities we serve.”
The awards program began in 2006 and is promoted by the Daily Herald Suburban Business. This statewide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor Illinois’s best places of employment, benefiting the state’s economy, workforce, and businesses.
Wabash General Hospital has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Illinois and ranked sixth in the medium category (100-499 U.S. employees). WGH was recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Illinois awards in-person luncheon.
