The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety received and opened bids for the planned skatepark construction project Monday at City Hall. They were then taken under advisement and review by city engineer John Sprague and city park superintendent J.R. Field. Bids were also received for the 2023 Vincennes CCMG paving projects.
