A female passenger in the Trailblazer, age 36, was pronounced dead at the scene.
A woman was killed in a Sunday two-vehicle crash in Logansport.
The Logansport Police Department responded to US 35 West at 18th Street. A 2022 Chevrolet Trailblazer driven by Jeremy Canada, 37, of Barbertown, OH, was eastbound on US 35 when his vehicle crossed the grass median and was struck by a 2020 Honda Pilot driven by Jennifer Womack, 31, of Weston, OH.
A female passenger in the Trailblazer, age 36, was pronounced dead at the scene. Canada was transported by ground ambulance to IU Arnett in Lafayette. Womack was taken to Logansport Memorial for medical treatment.
Logansport Police say weather is believed to have been a factor in this crash.
The Cass County Sheriff's Department, Indiana State Police, Logansport Fire, Cass County Ambulance Service, Lutheran Air, Cass County Traffic Control units and K&K Recovery assisted at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation.
