Lawrence County States Attorney Brady Waldrop has announced that two local men were given prison terms recently during appearances in Lawrence County Circuit Court.
28-year-old Justin Nall of Lawrenceville was charged with Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse and Child Pornography. He received 7 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections (IDOC) on the first charge and 5 years on the second. The sentences total 12 years and will run consecutively. Nall will also be on mandatory supervised release for 1 year on each count after his release.
39-year-old Jessie Scott of Lawrenceville was charged with Methamphetamine Delivery and was handed 5 years in the IDOC to be followed by 1 year of mandatory supervised release.
