Logansport Police have announced the arrest of Jesse Macias, 45, and Emilio Macias, 19, both of Flora, IN, in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on January 28.
According to the investigation, a suspect the The Dutchmill Bar, entered a vehicle, and as it departed south on Burlington Avenue, fired 15 rounds into the air.
The suspects were located January 29, at the Old Style Bar, following a tip about their whereabouts. Logansport Police report Jesse Macias was armed with a firearm and two extra magazines when he was apprehended.
Both Jesse and Emilio Macias were taken to the Cass County Jail. Jesse is charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon (Level 6 felony) and intimidation with a deadly weapon (Level 5 felony). Emilio charged with minor possession of alcohol and conspiracy (Level 6 felony).
