A passenger, later identified as Justin Rickets, 37, also of Marshall, was also found to have an active arrest warrant issued by the same court.
The pursuit continued for approximately 16 miles through county roads, SR 47 and concluded in Montgomery County in Browns Valley. The Parke County K9 Unit was deployed to assist in the apprehension of the suspects. Hobson sustained minor injuries during the apprehension and was transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for evaluation before being released.
