Triton Schools Superintendent Jeremy Riffle highlighted academic achievements of the corporation for the School Board at their regular meeting on Oct. 6, 2026.
Scores for the iLearn tests were released and showed the school with some of the best scores in the area, with the sixth grade on top in reading/language arts and math. For the second straight year, biology scores were the best in the region.
Riffle put those scores into perspective. He said that the iLearn assessment, as opposed to the old iStep, is the fourth hardest assessment in the nation when it comes to true scores.
He said the corporation is working on ways to congratulate those achievements.
