Tom Flynn seeks District 2 County Council seat in Republican Primary

Tom Flynn announced his candidacy in the Republican Primary this May for the District 2 Marshall County Council on Thursday evening in a press release. 

Flynn brings a bold and proven conservative vision for our community and will focus on fiscal responsibility, transparency, and meaningful results for the county taxpayers. 

“As a lifelong resident of Marshall County, I believe government works best when it works efficiently,” Flynn commented.  “District 2 families deserve leadership that protects their hard-earned tax dollars, prioritizes essential infrastructure, and puts our community first.” 

Tom Flynn’s credentials include:

Current President of the West Township Advisory Board

Past President, Plymouth Board of Aviation Commissioners

Past President Mentone Flying Club

Former Chairman of the Marshall County Tax Awareness Committee

Past member of the Saint Joseph Hospital Board

Co-Chairman of the St. Michael’s Playground Committee

Past President of the St. Michael’s Stewardship Committee and

Chairman of the Plymouth Country Club Building Committee.

In closing Flynn said, “As your County Councilman, I will fight to ensure our County’s Financial Future!  I am committed to listening to residents across District 2 and working collaboratively to deliver solutions that benefit the residents of Marshall County.”
