A detective with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department arrested a Tippecanoe woman for child neglect, possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance Thursday evening, September 12th.
The Marshall County Sheriff's Department obtained information from the Department of Child Services allegeing child abuse occuring at a residence in Tippecanoe involving four, twin 2 year-olds, an 8 year old, and a 10 year old.
Working in collaboration with DCS and the Fulton County Sheriff's Department, the Marshall County Detective Bureau removed the four vulnerable children on Thursday.
Detective Les McFarland served the search warrant Thursday evening and found methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and unfit living conditions.
Thirty-one year old Skianne Kinser was arrested, transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in on three level 6 felonies, and a C misdemeanor. Her cash bond was set at $1,500.
