Three Plymouth men are in the Marshall County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and visiting a common nuisance.
Wednesday afternoon Officer Witkowski with the Plymouth Police Department was assisted by Marshall County Deputy Bennett and K9 Diesel in the execution of a search warrant on 610 Randolph Street, a rental property.
Inside the residence police located Bruce A. Vanblaricom, 54, of the 610 Randolph Street address. Also in the home were 49-year-old Kenneth A. Mattern of Hillcrest Avenue and 64-year-old Victor C. Yakas of North Plum Street.
Also, inside the home police located methamphetamine and marijuana.
All three individuals were arrested for possession of methamphetamine. VanBlaricom was also charged with maintaining a common nuisance while Yakas and Mattern were charged with visiting a common nuisance.
Kenneth Mattern and Victor Yakas are currently being held at the Marshall County Jail on $3,000 cash bonds and VanBlaricom has a $1,500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
