A 63-year-old man from Ingram, Texas was arrested by Deputy Geiger with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department on Tuesday, June 10th.
At 9:11 p.m., the deputy stopped a 2023 gray Dodge Challenger for exceeding the posted speed limit on U.S. 30 and Iris Road. The driver, John M. Flowers, had no reason why he was driving 129-mph in a 60-mph zone.
Flowers was arrested for reckless driving as a class C Misdemeanor and his vehicle was impounded by Lyon Wrecker Service.
Flowers was given a court date and a $100 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
